Which Maintenance #1 All Systems Shampoo Product should I get for my Pug?

I'm torn between Super Cleaning and

Conditioning Shampoo, Crisp Coat Shampoo and Professional Formula Brightening Shampoo, this is why for the Brightening Shampoo (A super Cleaning shampoo, which helps remove even the toughest stains and odors, it contains optical brighteners which enhance the dog鈥檚 natural color, it is safe for all colors but is highly recommended for whites, blacks, silvers, creams. Professional Formula Whitening Shampoo contains all natural, healthy ingredients, and contains no peroxide, bleach, silicone or blueing products which adversely affect skin and hair.

Contains coconut oil)Which Maintenance #1 All Systems Shampoo Product should I get for my Pug?
lol, you have one hec of a pampered pooch!

In answer to your question, that depends on how much you want to pay for a bunch of lies and a brand name, when in reality, you could even make your dogs most natural, lovely healthy ingredients etc yourself, if you do a little research.

Here's a tip: For what your wanting, treat your dogs hair and skin, just as a humans, and you can't go wrong!

Honey, milk, avocado...

Make it yourself and notonly will you know the ingredients are good for her, but I bet you'll enjoy doing it too!Which Maintenance #1 All Systems Shampoo Product should I get for my Pug?
For a pug, I would go with the Crisp Coat. Do you show your dog? Or is he your ';pampered pet';? lol I'm a groomer myself, and have been working for #1 All Systems for years. I mainly work with drop coats, but I'll do my best to answer any questions you may have. Report Abuse

What is your favorite shampoo/hair product?

out of all the ones youve previously used. and for the hair products, what do you use them for? i need one specifically for heat resistance from my straightnerWhat is your favorite shampoo/hair product?
okay i have two for you to try i use them all the time before i straighten my hair! quick slip by paul mitchell it makes your hair verry soft it works great another good one is called silk infusion by CHI this works great its also a silk reconstructer it's 20.00 at the beauty supply it's fantastic!!hope this helps!!! DON'T USE ANYTHING WITH STEARYL ALCOHOL IN IT IT'S DAMAGING!!!!!THATS MOST OVER THE COUNTER STUFF!What is your favorite shampoo/hair product?
WEll i USE SUNSilK AND THERES DiFFRENT KiNDS liKE THEY DO DiFFRENT THiNGS YOU HAVE TO READ THE liTTlE BOX

BUT i LOVE iT
My favourite shampoo is L'Oreal Elvive Nutri-Gloss. It's the best shampoo %26amp; conditioner I've used in years. It makes your hair really smooth and healthy looking.

As for products for using with straightners, GHD are really good, they can be pricey and they sell some of the products in step format to get you to buy more, but if you know what you want they are pretty good.
Pantene frizz control shampoo and conditioner it is the bomb.
Alba, the hawiian shampoo and conditioner from avalon (I think).

aroung $9 a bottle, though. It works amazingly!
im stickin to pantene....get their texture thingys
garniefructiesse. so didnt spell that right but watever.
Pantiene Pro V. I love the shampoo and especially the conditioner. I use the sleek and silky formula......it leaves our hair so soft. My husband LOVES to stroke my hair.......and I like it too.
PANTENE PRO-V IS MY FAV!!
shampoo %26amp; conditioner alone wont do it. after shampoo either before you blowdry or straighten your hair, use a spray or cream. you can search for it at any drugstore. like the loreal hair straightener cream. you apply it before straightening your hair so the heat wont damage your locks
Um...I'm going to have to pass on this one for obvious reasons!
SAUVE
Infusium...great shampoo! There's one for every hair type it seems. It helps my fine hair alot.
I really like Shear Splendor shampoo %26amp; conditioner by philosophy. The shampoo is gentle; the conditioner is very rich but rinses out clean. It's great for all types of hair, even style damaged hair. And it smells like lemon custard.
Go to Sally Beauty Supply, they sell ';Turn Up The Heat by Beyond the Zone'; that will help to sheild your hair from heat, spray it on lightly then use your iron.
L'OREAL KIDS!!! strawberry smoothie
Garnier is probably the best shampoo
BedHead and CatWalk...you can buy them at salons and they do wonders for your hair (and smell good too)
if you're talking about something to put in your hair so your straightener or blow dryer wont dry out your hair, then use nexxus (think i spelled it right). you can spray it in while hairs wet before blow drying, or after its dry before you straighten. you just straighten right over it and it makes it look so straight and sleek and shiny. it really does work. you can buy it from walmart for like 10 dollars. i guess it's kinda expensive but it actually does work and it doesnt make hair greasy like some heat protectant. but other than that, i use pantene shampoo and conditioner and leave in con. most of the time and it works wonders! after straightening i spray got2be shiny spray in my hair so i dont smell like burnt hair lol....just dont buy ion heat protectant, it makes hair greasy and smelly.
I like Avon's Advanced Techniques Intensive shampoo and conditioner. They also make a good leave in treatment.
SUAVE. OCEAN BLUE KIND TO BE EXACT
I use Dove with intense moisture. I straighten my hair too usually and with Dove my hair looks healthy even straight and people say I have luscious hair so use Dove!!! It is cheap and it works!!!!!
my favorite is sunsilk
Alberto Vo5 leave in hot oil treatment.
aussie and sunsilk are my two personal favorites. i have straight hair so i dont know what it would do for heat resistance. but they both smell great and make my hair really sleek and shiny
Garner fructose sleek and shine
I love Physique but I havent seen it in a long time, I wouldnt know where to get it, so I use Pantene.
i LOVE herbal essences. for a straightner there are these sprays for different styled hairs. you can get them pretty much every where.
Pert Plus, however I have all natural hair no color no perm. If you have permed or color treated hair this might be to strong. I actually use a conditioner after I shampoo even if the shampoo has a conditioner.

Best Wishes,

Carol
PAUL MITCHELL, and TRES'EME

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches) (Dont cut)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a ';little'; honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed. I promise.

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

Could I buy retail a brand name product (may be shampoo), re-bottle, re-label and sell it for a higher price?

... without getting in trouble. Is it legal?Could I buy retail a brand name product (may be shampoo), re-bottle, re-label and sell it for a higher price?
No, and that's fraud. Think about the ethics behind it too. Would you want someone to do that to you.Could I buy retail a brand name product (may be shampoo), re-bottle, re-label and sell it for a higher price?
If you can do that - sell it for more - you should go ahead and do that - and afterward - contact the company whose shampoo you used, and tell them you have a way for them to make more money - Using your marketing ideas/skills %26amp; copyrighted labels. They will hire you to do that job for them and your future is assured. Your question however is moot - is it legal - no - Can you get in trouble, defiantly - but if you approach it as a marketing scheme, and keep notes - you can get away with it.

Here's the link: http://www.matrixbeautiful.com/products/鈥?/a> You can buy it at any salon, and most drug stores. Also, try Nexxus Deep Conditioner. Use this once a week, and shampoo with Biolage every other day.

  • My hair is very frizzy. what shampoo/conditioner/product can i use to help?

    try this website:

    www.octoberorganics.com

Called Vitamin Shampoo and Silk Protein ConditionerMy hair is very frizzy. what shampoo/conditioner/product can i use to help?
a silicone based product works wonders on frizzy hair. It helps to slick down the cuticle on the hair shaft. Frizz Ease is one over the counter product. But, if you want to spend the money on a professional one, I would recommend Deep Shine by Rusk. Just a drop goes a long way. If you use too much, your hair will look oily. And, of course, use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. By the way, I've been a stylist for 14 years. My hair is very frizzy. what shampoo/conditioner/product can i use to help?
the answer is not a product. only comb your hair with a widetooth comb when is wet.

leave your conditioner in your hair for five to ten minutes.

also keep it from heat as much as possible. that will try it out like crazy.

if you have a silk skirt or pillow case wrap your hair in it type before you go to bed. the movement in your sleep cause 30% of frizz.

    hope this will help.

keep in mind there is no product that will get rid of your frizz. just tame it a bit, the only way to get rid of it is to care for it.
ok well first of all dont buy shampoos or conditioners from the supermarket that r lyk 6 bucks go to a beauty supply or a hair salon and buy their products and ask for solutions but i use the blue red ken products and there pretty good and COMB ur hair when it wet especially in the shower with conditioner DONT BRUSH it especially wen its dry!!!!!
this should help: i really recommend these items

Is there a product shampoo, conditioner.... that will bring back my naturally wavey hair?

Just let your hair dry naturally after you wash it, it should return to normal unless you got some kind of permanent stuff in your hair.Is there a product shampoo, conditioner.... that will bring back my naturally wavey hair?
Panten for women of colorIs there a product shampoo, conditioner.... that will bring back my naturally wavey hair?
There are many shampoos and conditioners that profess to be for wavy/curly hair. Look around at the labels on the shelves of a well stocked supplier. Whether they work or not is another story. If you mean they are gone completely, wellllll then nope. You'd be out of luck. Nobody but God can help you there.
Hair does tend to change with hormonal changes..and age. I'm not sure what the problem with your hair is. If it has been a few years that your hair has not been curly, then I doubt you will be able to get back all the waves you had before. You could try a soft perm to bring waves into your hair. Or, use large rollers, spray gel..and let your hair air dry. There are also a quite a few products out there for curly hair.

this site has alot of good information too. http://www.hairboutique.com/tips/curlyha鈥?/a>

My hair is very fine and very straight. Which shampoos, conditioners, mousse products and hair irons?

shoulder I be using for ultimate volume???My hair is very fine and very straight. Which shampoos, conditioners, mousse products and hair irons?
The best advice I can give is to simply wear your hair in a ponytail every day - it will give your face a lift and it will stay out of your way. You won't have to worry about styling it, except to maybe the curl the ';tail'; part and you can do this everyday until it reaches the length you're looking for or until you find a way to style it properly.

I don't recommend sleeping on damp hair - everybody wakes up in the morning smelling like ';sleep'; - unless you want to smell like this all day long, it is highly wise to shower in the morning and wash your hair then.

Best thing about a ponytail is that it really saves time - it cuts your styling to nil and then you don't have to overuse products like hairspray and so forth. My hair is very fine and very straight. Which shampoos, conditioners, mousse products and hair irons?
My hair is very thin and wavy!! Grrr.

You should try out Ice white volumising shampoo and conditioner
I would not use hair irons on fine hair! Fine hair is more fragile than medium or coarse hair, and can get more easily damaged.

Your hair may need to be washed more often than coarse or medium hair, depending on how long it is. Also, some conditioners and products with silicone (anything ending in ';-one'; or ';-cone';) may weigh down or even dry out your hair.

I have fine, wavy hair and find that sleeping with it damp gives maximum ';volume'; because it brings my wave out. You might also want to try (occasional)blowdrying on low heat with your head upside down, focusing on drying the roots. Don't dry your hair on high temperature or put heat on the ends - this will also damage fine hair.

Fine hair needs moisture to look good but not too much - getting to know what your hair needs will help you figure out how to get it to do what you want.

I suggest doing a Google search and also checking out the Long Hair Community for information hair product companies won't tell you.

    good luck!

http://www.castlebaths.com/petline.htmDog Shampoos - Which brand of pet products offers best quality shampoos for dogs?
I have tried many organic and natural as well as not so natural and veterinary shampoos and conditioners. But my favorite now has to be Baby shampoo and body wash (generic type similar to Aveeno, but not animal tested!). My GSD's fur sparkled and smelled amazing and was soo soft afterwards, whereas most of the other stuff dried out her skin and fur, left it feeling course and dirty and just rough. This stuff made it like silk for nearly 3 weeks afterwards, and that's with hiking in the rain, mud, hills, fields, woods and brush daily!

Anything goes....If a a special product for dogs could be made such as shampoo/food/etc. what would dog lovers like to see?
breed specific dog food that was reasonably priced even for mixed breeds that was a good quality dog food.

Also i would like to see an indoor play area for dogs to play while you shopped for them(like they have at grocery stores for kids).

Shampoo for dogs with allergies like Atopic dermatitis. Dog food for dogs with that as well.If a a special product for dogs could be made such as shampoo/food/etc. what would dog lovers like to see?
For an invention to be successful it has to solve a problem and I honestly can't think of any real dog-related problems right now. Very interesting question though and I'll look back to read the other answers.

Food and shampoo has already been done.

I hope nobody suggests dog make-up or toilet paper or anything silly.
you know i don't know if anything is made like this..

but i go to dog shows all the time..

it would be nice to have a decent size organizer that you could hook up to the side of a crate (and is easy to detatch).

you could put leashes/food/(cupholder!)/treats and stuff in..and have pockets and stuff.

Meaning what is it that you as a dog or pet lover would like to see on market shelves that is hard to find or hasn't been invented yet????

I hope nobody suggests dog make-up or toilet paper or anything silly.
you know i don't know if anything is made like this..

but i go to dog shows all the time..

it would be nice to have a decent size organizer that you could hook up to the side of a crate (and is easy to detatch).

you could put leashes/food/(cupholder!)/treats and stuff in..and have pockets and stuff.

i am not sure if there is something else out there though...

    it would make traveling easier...

    Type of hair product?Shampoo...conditioner?

I have been using finesse or herbal essences hair products in the past and nothing seems to work for me. I have thin straight hair that knots REALLY easily. I want shanpoo and conditioner that might keep my hair smoother and knot less easily. Any suggestions?thanks!Type of hair product?Shampoo...conditioner?
Try using Aveda's shampoo, the only bad part is that you have to buy it in Aveda's store. It is a little more expensive, but it is so worth it!

PS: it makes your hair smell really great.Type of hair product?Shampoo...conditioner?
SUNSILK - I use that and Herbal Essences and i lovee Sunsilk it works very well!!!
you should use sunsilk its really good

you should use the yellow one
It sound slike your hair is pretty similar to mine...

garnier fructis is awesome...try the sleek and shine formula...

Have you ever used a dry or powder shampoo product?

No, I have never used a dry or powder shampoo product.Have you ever used a dry or powder shampoo product?

    I need Shampoo/Product advice for....?

Okay, I have thick hair that seems to always be oily, even right after showering. I also however, have dry scalp which I've always had. I tried Head and Shoulders, but it gunked up my hair, and made it even more oily. I tried Suave Daily Clarifying, but it dried my scalp out even more. I also need something color safe, as I color it about once every 2 months. Help!I need Shampoo/Product advice for....?
try pantene if that doesnt work try sun silk its great for damaged hairI need Shampoo/Product advice for....?
Head and shoulders works for most types of difficult hair
I have thick curly hair that gets oily quick. I don't on the other hand have a dry scalp but I do know of some products that can help with both.

    Try

Emu Shampoo %26amp; Conditioner - Its an all natural shampoo and conditioner that helps with a dry scalp. It also works well with oily hair, but most specifically its for a dry scalp.

Follicleanse Shampoo %26amp; No Weight Conditioner - its an all natural shampoo that works well with oily hair.

Both of these products are all natural/organic so they want strip your of your hair color and they'll work great to replenish your hair of vitamins and proteins and prevent damage from the hair coloring.

May I also suggest this site.

You can find all sorts of things like for oily hair and dry scalps. You can also find shampoos and conditions for color treated hair.
use biolodge salon shampoo that has tea tree oil in it . it well help alot . beauty supply stores sell a generic form of this that works just as well . Gl
You should try neutrogina. Its really good. More expensive but good.
Wash your hairs with simple shampoo and use beer as conditioner.Try it.I had the same problem but not any more.
    Pantene, it's the best!
I have the same problem...go to your local health food store and purchase tea tree shampoo...its a smell you have got to get used to but it works great for me.also don't use conditioner for dry scalps..it has way to much oil product in it, and remember to change brands and types every once in a while..they build upeven when they say they dont!

    good luck
Ok try a hot oil treatment that moisturizes the scalp you can get them from V05 . Then shampoo w/t a clarifying shampoo( try a natural one)

only condition once every 3 days or depending on how often you shampoo. Hope i helped! C:
    hiya there.

What i think works great is herbal essences Greasy roots/dry ends Shampoo+con.

Its in a teal coloured bottle with a dark lid.

    And its new.

It works great for damaged hair and it makes my hair feel ever so soft.

Your like me i dye my hair every few months.

So you'll deff notice the different in the texture

and hopefully this will solve your greasy problem too.!

    IDEAS!:

you might not be washing your hair properly and yes most adults and young children suffer from greasy hair problems because they think all the soap from their hair has gone.

When you presume you have finished washing and conditiong your hair, run you hair in cold water.

i know it seems a big deal but while your doing that is restores your hair with its usual vitamins and minerals, adds a natural shine and also will get rid of them extra bubbles left in your hair from cleansing.!

also dandruff is caused by not getting rid of the soap left on your scalp it makes your head itch and when your scraping it, the dried soap turns into dandruff.

    OTHER TIPS!:

Tea tree oil from your local pharmacy and use a few drops in your hair every time you wash your hair.It WILL have a effect on how much dandruff you have :)

It should lower it and you should notice it within a fornight or less depending on your hair length, how much drops and how many times you wash your hair

trust me this SHOULD (fingers crossed) sort out your problem.

Good luck i hope i helped and take care!

    A.x
Have you tried tea tree shampoo for your scalp and hair? It will balance the ph for your hair and scalp. Also you can try ginger therapy shampoo made by Graham Webb products.
Try Lorell Color Vive (I like the pink bottles) you color your hair so you will know what I am talking about when I say that the conditioner leaves your as soft and the conditioner they give you in color treatments. It's ultra soft, if you have a dander problem with the shampoo try adding a couple drops of tea tree oil to it. That helped my teenager solve her dander issues.
HYDRALICIOUS SELF TARGETING BY HERBAL ESSENCES.....it balances out the oily and dry parts I don't know how it does but it works. and it smells really good. It is their new line that just came out. I didnt like the old stuff they used to sell but this is great. You can find it at cvs, target, walmart and some grocery stores.

i hardly ever blow dry my hair but i found the new Herbal Essences Body Envy gives my hair a lot more volume than other products without the blowdrying. i work in a kitchen, so i really don't see the need to blowdry and style my hair just to put a hat on my head and sweat for 10 hours a day, ya know?? i also use Aussie's 3 Minute Miracle (it's a deeper conditioner) twice a week to help make my hair looking healthier.
I can honestly say that you would be hard press to find one.

Volume in hair is achieved by hot air and not with what you wash with.

The products that are suppose to give volume are only to aid whilst you blow dry your hair.

As you already said, you've tried loads and they are no good that's because it is all a marketing ploy.

I am sorry I am of no help.

the thermal defense product though dont bother with that it contains a hair spray product that can make the hair frizzy.

Any cacineagius substance present in amway product of shampoo santinique?

you mean CARCINOGENIC. Most likely... almost all hair care products have something that is deemed potentially at risk. The WORST ingredient is TAR, which I believe is only used in a few bad products out there. But most chemically produced hair care and cosmetic products have small amounts of dangerous materials. There is a report on the web, and I wish I had the link for you, most are only trace amounts and are relatively safe, try a google search for cosmetic carcinogen studies and maybe you will find it.

What's the best shampoo/condition/product (that's not a $plurge) for natural waves that NEED defining?

Use the new herbel essenses line. Its awesome! I have hair like you and I uses the purple one. Its for waves/curly hair. They also have the mouse and other products too that will keep it tame and non frizzy.

These are tough things to sell online because people can buy these things at any corner store. You have to play up what's special about your products. Are they organic or are they made to treat a special problem (dandruff, bad breath, etc.) What do they do that Colgate and Suave do not do?

You may also want to sell sample sized versions of your product so people can buy a small amount to try before buying a large quantity of a product they've never used. What is the best selling strategy if your product is toothpaste and shampoo????
With toothpaste and shampoo... you're selling cleanliness and beauty... the strategy should be referred to that.... look at other toothpaste and shampoo companies... always showing clean fresh smiling faces.

Whats the best product of the herbal essences shampoo and conditioner collection?

i used to love the anti-frizz one.Whats the best product of the herbal essences shampoo and conditioner collection?
depends what look you are trying to get and your hair type .Whats the best product of the herbal essences shampoo and conditioner collection?
I have almost tried them all

    1. Body Envy: Did not like it. Left my hair too tangled but smelled awesome.

    2. Drama Clean: Great basic line for normal hair.

    3. Hello Hydration: One of my favs. Smelled awesome and really leaves hair soft.

    4. Break's Over: Great line for long hair. Left my hair tangle free but does build up over time.

None of Your Frizziness: same as Break's Over.

Dangerously Straight: Works very much like Pantene. I think they copied.

Degunkify: Did not like the tingling but gets hair super clean.

Color Me happy: hated it. Drying and smells horrible.

These are all the ones I've tried. I liked Hello Hydration the best overall.

What brands do you recommend for shampoo that i can get at petsmart or petco? and flea products?

my little mini. poodle has fleas.

I bought zodiac, will return tomorrow because I guess people said the brand was bad. I might go to petsmart and petco tomorrow, but im not sure which brand of shampoo to buy. I had Scratchex before, from someone else who gave them to us, but I dont know where to get scratchex (where DO YOU?) because it wasnt online on either of the stores. So please suggest a brand and whyyy.

And I hear that Frontline and Advantage is the best. What other brands? And ... are the prices on Petco.com for advantage and frontline expensive compared to prices you can get at the vet with?

    Most info, best answer!

I want an opinion answer, and personal, not ones copied from the net. What brands do you recommend for shampoo that i can get at petsmart or petco? and flea products?
Hi, i actually work for petsmart... best products are the ones the vet sales there is no getting around it. You can buy a single dose of k9 advantix at banfield for 15 dollars yes it will only treat your dog for a month but it is way cheaper than buying shampoo that doesn't work. also get a flea comb. Also if you want to bathe your dog the new pet head is amazing we just got it in last week. I bathed my labrador with it last week and he doesn't have that doggy smell anymore. What brands do you recommend for shampoo that i can get at petsmart or petco? and flea products?
Frontline is good. I'm not sure what brands not to use because I have only used frontline and it has always worked.

For a flea killing shampoo, use dawn dish soap if your poodle doesn't have dry skin. If you dog does have sensitive skin get something directly from your vet.

If you are asking about a shampoo just to keep your pup clean and smelling nice, I use this.

    http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.js鈥?/a>

    It smells really good.
I have used a flea control pill for over a year now. Nothing else worked on my little poodle. Got Comfortis (spinosad) from vet. It is a chewable pill given once a month with food.

    Katey
don't use any kind of flea bath, dip or collar. If you need flea products go to the vet. They arn;t that expensive! As for normal shampoo get a natural one.

Is your SOAP or SHAMPOO UNSAFE? What are some homemade natural alternatives to potentially harmful products?

I looked up some of the ingredients on the back of products that I use daily. I was shocked to find that some of these chemicals are not very safe. While I don't think there is immediate health risk, prolonged use (say, daily for 40 years) might be another story. What are some safe alternatives for soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, soothing dry lips or skin, etc. Any ideas? What are the statistics on health problems of our ancestors based on those today? Do we have more health problems than our ancestors in some ways? What are the most dangerous chemicals found commonly in everyday toiletries, such as soap, makeup, sunscreen, etc.?Is your SOAP or SHAMPOO UNSAFE? What are some homemade natural alternatives to potentially harmful products?
I use Burt's Bees shampoo. It has natural ingredients. Many shampoos have a bad chemical in them called Sodium Lauryl Sulfate..and you should also watch out for Propylene Glycol and parabens. Don't use any conditioners with mineral oil.

You can try these natural brands: Burt's Bees, Avalon Organics, Kiss My Face, Beauty Without Cruelty, Alba (a favorite of mine), John Master's Organics (another favorite), or Jason.

I order from Vitacost.com, because the prices are cheaper.

Another comment: Conventional shampoos and styling products don't improve the quality of your hair, they actually artificially make your hair look healthier. For example, Pantene Pro V uses a waxy substance to give hair a smooth feeling. Is your SOAP or SHAMPOO UNSAFE? What are some homemade natural alternatives to potentially harmful products?
If you are so paranoid about what *MIGHT* happen to you 40+ years down the road, try using organic products like Avalon Organics and Tom's of Maine.

I'd rather take the risk and be clean than to send people gagging and gasping for air when I walk into a room.
It is not terribly possible to compare our health overall to that of our ancestors and come out with a straight answer. That opens up all kinds of different variables. Like the lack of technology and undiagnosed issues that plagued them. I am sure some things we do today do have more impact on our health but the same can be said for our ancestors. So if you are worried (and I don't blame you) you can use more natural products. I know that Whole Foods carry more natural products and their are specialty stores that you could look up in or near your area. You can even make your own like our ancestors. I never have but there are a ton of online resources out there.

Nothing applied externally will make your hair grow faster.

Eating more calories AND exercising more will make it grow faster. Higher metabolism = faster hair growth. Is there any product or shampoo to make your HAIR GROW FASTER?

    Try taking a multivitamin

Use mane %26amp; tail shampoo and conditioner

    Use hot oil treatments

    Eat A balanced diet

    Drink Lots Of Water

    http://petads.bappy.com/beauty/hair.html
There's no scientifically proven way to make your hair grow faster. Sorry.

    :[
Ryan D is correct. Hair is healthy because your healthy. As long as you have a good diet and exercise regularly your hair will reflect that
    don't think so...

but I know if you get your hair trimmed every 5-6 weeks(just a little to get the end off) it will grow...
    product? no.
    coconut oil :)
    nO.

I shampoo my hair twice in a week with 2 diff hair products and it gets oily the day after?!?

I used Herbal Essences 2 in 1 Moisturizer Shampoo like 3 days ago, it got oily again a few hours later. I used Garnier yesterday and it moisturizes and makes your hair stronger and it gets oily again today.. WHATS WRONG WITH MY HAIR?!I shampoo my hair twice in a week with 2 diff hair products and it gets oily the day after?!?
there is nothing wrong with your hair. it is your product regimen. I suggest that you sit down and conduct a product evaluation. Weigh your options. ask yourself this question: which one of these product lines leave my hair feeling the most gross? which one am I dissatisfied with the most? after making that evaluation, throw out the product that does not pass evaluation.

in addition, do not use shampoos that are 2 n 1. Why? because if a shampoo is suppose to cleanse your hair, how is it cleansing your hair if it is trying to moisturize it at the same time?

in my own personal opinion, I think that Garnier is the healthier option. I have used both products and Garnier is better. Once again, that is just my opinion.I shampoo my hair twice in a week with 2 diff hair products and it gets oily the day after?!?
    1. Don't ***** at people who are trying to answer your question.

    It's very rude.

    2. You obviously genetically have oily hair. Washing it only twice a week will not work for you. You will have to wash it every day like most people.

    3. Garnier and Herbal Essences do NOT help oily hair. If you have supremely oily hair, even after washing your hair every day, I suggest you use Head and Shoulders.
I sometimes have the same problem. But I found that every so often if you use Neutrogena Anti-Residue shampoo it works miracles. You can use the Neutrogena Clean Replenishing Conditioner if you feel you need too. Just go lightly with it. You can find more info at the Neutrogena website.
i have to wash my hair every day cus it gets oily the next day. so i don't know how to help ur problem. unless you can get a shampoo for oily hair and balance your oil.
Don't use moisturizing shampoos. Use shampoos for normal hair and don't put any conditioner on your roots just the ends.
maybe if you took more than 2 showers a week it would be better! that is horrible hygene!

Is there a shampoo/product that makes your hair striaght? (not a straightener)?

i have very curly hair and i use sunslik straight shampoo (purple bottle) and sunslik de-frizz(green bottle) and then striaght 24-7 creme. it worrks sooooo goood!!!!! then i use a straightning iron and go over it after i blow dry it with a paddle brush!!!!! trust me it works really goood. i go from frizzy curly hair to super straight hair that is soft and slikyIs there a shampoo/product that makes your hair striaght? (not a straightener)?
I have the same question as you do...and sunsilk (the purple bottle) did not work for me.Is there a shampoo/product that makes your hair striaght? (not a straightener)?
Herbal Essences Smooth and Straight shampoo and conditioner works very well. Pantene Smooth and Silky is good as well, but the conditioner is a bit greasy/oily.
herbal essences dangerously straight doesn't work

    BUT IT SMELLS GOOD
sunsilk's straighten-up (purple bottle) shampoo/conditioner and 27-creme. it's not 'instant straight hair in a bottle' but it makes styling easier to get the straight look. they also have a easy straightening cream, but i haven't tried it
I have found that Bed Head control freak has worked best on my frizzy hair.
Just try Pantene Shampoo and get ur hair straight.....

BEST shampoo/conditioner/product for thin and flat hair?

I'd like to know what products you've tried that have really given your flat and limp hair some body and volume.

I'm really tempted to cut my hair or get a perm, i'm so sick of how boring it looks!BEST shampoo/conditioner/product for thin and flat hair?
    DONT GET A PERM

it will just make your hair fall out and even thinner, my mom got one and had the thickest hair and now its all thin and gone. Get Pantene volume or thick and full. Also Aussie works wonders, use great products to put in and then blow dry. Honestly if your hair is naturally flat and thin then there's not much you can do and dont try to use harsh chemicals to fix it or it will get stressed.

Big sexy hair or the frieda collection works, dont go fo the cheap ones cause they dont work that well and use fake ingredients while the more expensive use more things for your hair that makes it better.

goodluck!BEST shampoo/conditioner/product for thin and flat hair?
Do not get a perm! They are hard to maintain and you risk being really frizzy. You should try the Tresseme shampoo and conditioner for Volume and Body. It's really good! Also, to help give your hair that extra ';oomph';, wash your hair at night and sleep with it partially wet. The tossing and turning will press your hair up over your head and will stay in that position for at least 2 hourse (while you sleep).

Ok so I'm tired of putting chemicals into/onto my skin, and I'm tired of being lied to by the comsetic industry... and I'm tired of being overcharged and ruining the environment.... so what are some natural products that I can find laying around the house that I could use as alternatives to soap, shampoo and conditioner? Oh, and how about sunscreen?? Thanks for answering :-)What natural household items/products can I use as alternatives to soap/shampoo?

Google ';natural alternative for shampoo';and the same with soap, etc. There isn't a natural alternative for sunscreen, that I'm familiar with. Again, try google for natural alternatives. Wearing cover ups, long sleeves and hats that cover you face while out in the sun is the only solution, but nothing protects you like sunscreen, plus you'd be hot %26amp; uncomfortable. Good luck!

Talk to your hairdresser but it sounds like you aren't using a conditioner after you wash your hair. Use a brand that suits your hair type (for example, if you have greasy hair use one designed for that hair type) and you should find that helps.
    Apply olive oil.

    A little Before you shampoo.

And a LITTLE BIT after you blow dry it.

    Brush it in.

What shampoo and conditioner is overrall a better product...Back to Basics or Redken?

I'd use Redken, it was always good for me.

For Landers 3 in 1 bath, shampoo & body wash the product clearly states for Adults Only, are they like trying ?

to send out a somewhat direct indirect message? For Landers 3 in 1 bath, shampoo %26amp; body wash the product clearly states for Adults Only, are they like trying ?
check the ingredients, it may contain talc or mineral oil, both are known to irritates small children's skin. For Landers 3 in 1 bath, shampoo %26amp; body wash the product clearly states for Adults Only, are they like trying ?
Since young children are prone to eat bar soap or drink body washes, this product is labeled as such to protect the the company from lawsuits.

This product contains products which are harmful if swallowed.
I thought Landers was only sold on jail ';commissaries';...was I wrong?
Perhaps there is something in the content that might be harmful to a child's skin.
    Neh, it seems pretty direct
ahaha. tats funny but idk [:

Is there a shampoo or product that speeds up hair growth?

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a ';little'; honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences ';clean happy'; conditioner.

When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo %26amp; condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

Prenatal vitamins work wonders. The folic acid increases your hair and nail growth. Is there a shampoo or product that speeds up hair growth?
there are many that 'say' it speeds up the hair growth. but one sure way is to take pre-natal vitamins
I've always heard that getting your hair cut during a full moon helps hair grow. Dunno how true it is, but it wouldn't hurt.
Try manure - it works for tomatoes.
    Doo Grow

    Dr. Miracles

    Mane 'N Tail

Messaging the scalp with a hair oil at least two times a week.
This isn't an answer, but to one up there^, wouldn't nair make you LOSE hair?!?! That sounds really stupid.

And um. Same with manure o_O stupid answers.
MIX NAIR IN UR HAIR! HAHA IT RIMES YOUR HAIR WILL BE LONG AND B-E-A-UTIFUL
um sorry but no there isn't any hair growth shampoo and there never will be only in the future!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
umm..well im taking vitamin E and it really helping my hair and i just stair using tresemmes moisture rith with vitamin E in it so that helps thae hair too thou both contains vitamin E
Hair grows at its own rate, there is absolutely nothing that will make it grow faster, no matter what anyone or any product says. If you keep your hair healthy, trim the ends, condition and don't over heat style you can avoid breakage of your hair but it won't make it grow faster
