What's the best shampoo/condition/product (that's not a $plurge) for natural waves that NEED defining?

Use the new herbel essenses line. Its awesome! I have hair like you and I uses the purple one. Its for waves/curly hair. They also have the mouse and other products too that will keep it tame and non frizzy.
