If your healthy your hair will grow about 1/8 to 1/2 inch in 6 weeks. I suggest vitamins,prenatal vitamins, and supper biotin. I don`t know of anything as far as products (shampoo or anything you can put on topically) that has ever been scientifically proven to make your hair grow.
