well .. my hair is very thick, and i use TRESemme. i love it, so try that but don't use herbal essences.What is a good shampoo product for thick coarse hair ?

try a hot oil treatment


warm the oil


then distribute through hair evenly


concentrating on the ends


then put on a hot towel


keep putting in a new hot towel


every 10 minutes


do this for an hour


i recommend


White Camellia oil





and when u go the hairdresser


ask them to thin out ur hair


alittle bit


so its not so thick
