Well I cancelled there product they sent me another BOX of hair products I sent it back I have a receipt for it I called the company spoke to a girl told her to stop taking payments of my credit card and stop all deliveries I called my credit card company they said to contact the company I did they still take each month a payment how do I get them to listen and stop taking it off my credit card , will my credit card help and stop them what do I do thanks for answersHow do I go about stopping this company CHAZ DEAN the product line sells Wen shampoo?
You can't... I had the same problem when I ordered one (1) pilates DVD, at$19.95... I now have 21 and I was charged $49.99 for each... The only way I could stop them was to cancel and change my credit card number.. It is a great inconvenience, but it will stop them... When you order on TV like that, get a throw away debit card from Walmart, so when the money runs out, they cannot continue to charge you...
BTW..How is their product???...How do I go about stopping this company CHAZ DEAN the product line sells Wen shampoo?
I have been using Aubrey's Organics shampoo...it has many of the same nourishing, ingredients BUT it is a real shampoo with separate conditioner... Try their website.. www.aubreysorganics.com It is sold one product at a time... Report Abuse
