Don't buy ANYTHING from a grocery store. It's NOT worth it, and you end up paying MORE for your hair overall. Go to a salon and purchase only salon products. I recommend Redken AllSoft. That is what I use, and you can see my hair on my 360 page. What is a good shampoo and conditioner (and other products) for super long hair??
I just started using Lanza. I love there line and it's non-drying. I don't know your hair type and that make a huge difference on what product I would recommend. Let me know your hair type. Do you color your hair? Is it think your thin? Course or fine? What is a good shampoo and conditioner (and other products) for super long hair??

Loreal Nature's Therapy or Kerastase.
OK...u should use SALON not store cuz that messed up your hair...use Matrix, biologe, redken, or anyhting esle at the salon,...most of that stuff at the store if you look at the ingredients even if it says for long hair most of it is made of the same stuff
Pantene
herbal essences
Well, that depends on how much you can spend. I tried using products from Target and such but when my hair got really long (Plus color treated :) )I started using Phyto products. They are the best I have ever used. All natural, and very good for dry hair and to prevent split ends. They have different kinds for different hair types. I personally use the Phytonectar. You can but it online or get it at Sephora.

I was a receptionist at a hair salon and they say never to buy store sold material (from Target Grocery stores) Your best bet is to go to a salon and talk to someone(hairstylist), they will recommend the best stuff for your type of hair ex.thin thick, and how long it is
garnear i hear is good for long hair
Any moisturizing shampoo from the salon, not the cheap store stuff
The most important thing for long hair is to not wash it too much. As you probably know, the ends dry out. I wash mine about twice a week and just the front (bangs) when they are greasy. From what I've read, shampoo brands are all basically similar and not worth spending lots of $ on, but conditioners definitely vary in quality. I like Pantene or L'oreal colorvive. Then I used the more spendy salon stuff for deep conditioning - Paul Mitchell is great!
