You do not want to use Pantene on your hard to manage curly hair. It will weigh it down and you wont be able to do anything with it. Curly hair needs light weight moisture and conditioning. I would try Redken Smooth Down shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner acts like a heavy weight conditioner but it is very light weight so you hair is easier to manage. Most salons offer sample sizes to see if you like it before committing to buy.

Pureology Hydrating shampoo and condioner. it has no alcohol or sulfates that will strip your hair. i dont have color treated hair and i use it. it makes you hair poof and silky. you can get it at Target, salons, walgreens, usa drug , drug emporium. it is about 25.00 a bottle but worth it you only need a little the size of a nickel it lathers really well. remember you get what you pay for.
